  • Maintain valid travel documents including passports, visas, and required vaccinations
  • Communicate any special requirements, preferences, or health considerations

3. Fees and Payment

Advisory Fees

Our advisory services are offered through various engagement models including à la carte planning, seasonal partnerships, and annual concierge relationships. Specific fees are discussed and agreed upon before any engagement begins.

Third-Party Costs

Costs for hotels, flights, experiences, and other travel services are separate from our advisory fees. These are paid directly to the respective providers or through us as a pass-through at no additional markup.

Cancellation and Refunds

Advisory fees are generally non-refundable as they compensate for time and expertise already invested. Cancellation policies for travel bookings vary by provider and will be clearly communicated before confirmation.

4. Limitation of Liability

Gilded Key Travel acts as an advisor and intermediary. We are not liable for acts, omissions, or defaults of any travel supplier, including airlines, hotels, tour operators, or other third parties.

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, overbookings, strikes, weather events, political instability, health emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control that may affect your travel plans.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the advisory fees paid to us for the specific engagement in question.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, and baggage loss. We can provide recommendations for reputable insurance providers upon request.
