What is a luxury travel advisor?

A travel advisor who specializes in high-end, personalized experiences. We handle research, bookings, and logistics so you get access to the best hotels, restaurants, and experiences without the work.

How is this different from booking online?

Relationships. We work directly with properties, which means room upgrades, early check-in, late checkout, and amenities you won't get booking on your own. When something goes wrong, you have someone who can fix it.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes. Move from Journey Design to Seasonal or Annual anytime. We'll credit your planning fee toward the upgrade.

Do you book flights?

Yes. Flights, hotels, restaurants, transportation, experiences. Everything.

How far in advance should I book?

For peak seasons and in-demand properties, 3-6 months is ideal. But we've pulled together exceptional trips in under two weeks when needed.

What destinations do you specialize in?

Boutique and luxury properties across the Americas, Caribbean, and Europe. We plan worldwide and have trusted partners for other regions.

What if I need to cancel or change?

We advocate on your behalf with hotels and airlines. Our ongoing clients often receive more flexible terms.

Is a travel advisor worth it?

If you value your time and want access to experiences you can't book yourself, yes. The upgrades often cover the fee. The time saved is a bonus.
